He is a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, and the UK and American Society of Civil Engineer

Tom Vansteelandt
Technical Director - GIS:
Master (1991) in Structural Engineering from HoGent, Ghent, Belgium. In 1995 Tom became the Managing Director of Vansteelandt BVBA (Belgium) – a company specializing in advanced survey and GIS services. He was instrumental in starting the GIS/Geographical department at Paradigm in 1997 and has been contributing to the department ever since.

Balaji Suresh Sunku
Director - Technical:
Graduate (1987) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Hyderabad and Post Graduate (1991) from Viginia Tech University, USA. Prior to joining paradigm IT, Balaji has worked in the US in the construction industry and as a planning engineer and project manager with leading consultants in India.

Ravindra Kumar
Director - GIS :
Postgraduate (Geography) from Jabalpur University, M.P (1986). Prior to joining paradigm IT, Ravindra was employed in the Bihar Remote Sensing Application Center as a Scientist and at ASL Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a project manager.  He has over 20 years experience in the field of G.I.S. / Remote Sensing and Cartography.

Binu Attokkaran
Exective Director –Structural Engineering :
Graduate (1991) and Postgraduate (1995) in Structural Engineering from Anna University.  Binu has over 19 years of experience in structural design, conceptual design and budgetary control.  She has been with paradigm IT since 1994 and has experience in the varied engineering work handled by paradigm over the year.

Jim Anto
General Manager - Engineering:
Graduate (1993) from Government Engineering College, Trichur, Kerala. Prior to joining paradigm, he was involved in several tall building design projects with a consulting firm in Mumbai. Jim specializes in development of VBA based macros to Microsoft Excel, STAAD and AutoCAD. He is also familiar with SMM7 and quantity survey techniques and software.

Vandemeulebroecke Serge
Senior Consultant - Engineering:
Graduate(1989) from IHAM in Industrial  Architecture Engineering and Civil Engineering Construction from VUB in1992. Serge is involved in design and calculation of port construction, civil engineering structures, buildings, renovations and preparation of computer programs (Vibasic - Pile program, Access). He has extensive knowledge of structural analysis and calculation methods.
