- 1994 - Registered paradigm Technologies as a partnership firm in the joint venture of Mr. Ravi George & Mr. K. Chandrasekaran. Design of industrial structures was the core area.
- 1997 – Upgraded paradigm Technologies to a private limited company
- 1997 – Commenced GIS data processing
- 1997 – Started Structural steel detailing using AutoCAD
- 1997 – Registered paradigm IT with VANSTEELANDT BVBA , Belgium, as partners
- 1998 – Raster to vector conversion of over 4500 maps were carried out.
- 1998 – Did Land development drawings using LDD
- 1999 – Reinforcement detailing team started using the German Software STRAKON
- 2001 – Stepped into Digital Photogrametry.
- 2001 – Shifted major portion of the company to Kochi
- 2005 – New beginning to paradigm with its own office building in Kochi.
- 2007 – Structural steel detailing team started using the software STRUCAD
- 2007 – Entered into partnership with Planet Engineering BVBA (Brasschaat),Belgium
- 2009 – Stepped into Mobile Mapping
- 2010 – Staff strength exceeded 200
- 2011 – Started iPhone/iPad Apps Development
